ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY
This page explains how users of Gym Force can request account deletion, the types of data that will be deleted, and our data retention policy.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Open the Gym Force mobile app.
- Navigate to the Settings section.
- Tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the settings page.
- Confirm your choice in the confirmation prompt.
Alternatively, you can contact us via email at support@gymforce.app to request account deletion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- User profile information (e.g., name, email address, phone number).
- User Account (You will no longer be able to log in)
- Gym membership and check-in history
- Workout data and personal records
- Payment information
Data That Will Be Retained
- Anonymized usage data for analytics purposes
- Transaction records as required by financial regulations
- Communication records related to customer support
We retain this information to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
