At Gym Force, we believe in the transformative power of physical activity. Our network spotlights independently owned gyms and martial arts schools, recognizing their unique ability to change lives. While we celebrate all forms of exercise, we've identified what we call "The Big 4"—four disciplines we believe have the most profound impact: Functional Fitness, Weightlifting (the sport, not just lifting weights), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Yoga.
