Imagine a life where you never take risks. A life where you never push yourself beyond your comfort zone, never feel the rush of adrenaline as you strive for a goal, never face the challenge of mastering a new skill. This is the life many people choose when they avoid activities like functional fitness, CrossFit, martial arts, and Jiu-Jitsu because they fear getting hurt. But what if this fear is just a convenient way to justify staying sedentary, remaining unchallenged, and ultimately, unfulfilled?

These are all activities that carry the potential for pain, yet we embrace them because we know that the rewards far outweigh the risks.
